  Nice enough looking hotel but having been sent by British Airways after a flight cancelation, 10 of us were unable to get the 3 rooms we were promised. Not the hotels fault there but we were left to go to the Conference Room and make ourselves comfortable on the floor and chairs in there.

  For a short overnight stay in the Heathrow Airport area this hotel offers convenience for family with the McDonald's across the street as well as business opportunities for meetings at local restaurants Chinese food restaurant I ate at last night was very very well prepared food but there was a $10 minimum per person for dinner the hotel itself has a club Lounge for the Sheraton SPG members it's attached to the hotels restaurant breakfast at the restaurant in the morning is not necessarily complementary but it does provide a wide variety of foods doesn't disappoint and I believe they also do omelettes made to order local restaurants include Chinese food Indian food Mediterranean food and a pub down the street the White Horse will send a vehicle to come and get you rings with this hotel have been recently renovated and updated showers instead of tubs seem to be the new Norm for this property but the rooms themselves are clean televisions are very large the staff has always been friendly I look forward to returning.

  Nice hotel just off the airport. Comfortable clean rooms. Good AC. Good breakfast. Great cup of tea.

  Since the renovation the rooms and corridors much improved. For the price when booking ahead well worth it. Tip : if more than one person use taxi prebooked to the terminals. Quick, comfortable and​ worth the bit extra.
